Our goal as adventure travel specialists is to open a window to the world around us with hopes of seeing it in a different light and discover a more fulfilling way to travel while challenging you to rediscover your passions, gain knowledge of the places and people you visit, and help sustain the fragile environments, economies and diverse cultures of the earth.

Explorers 3 is passionate about the natural ability that responsible cultural and environmental travel can do to bridge cultural differences, raise global awareness and be an effective catalyst for change.  This philosophy on travel promises to be personally rewarding, stimulating and enlightening.   We like to call it travel with a purpose – a personal and a global one.

We believe that real adventure means making a difference, as do almost all of our travel partners, outfitters, and suppliers that we work with.  Whether it is rolling up their sleeves or opening their wallets, they all donate their time to help change the planet for the better and keep the world’s most stirring places preserved for generations to come.  In line with that philanthropy Explorers 3 will donate on your behalf, half of your consulting fee ($25) when customizing a tour ($15) when booking into a small group, followed by 1% of E3’s profit on your total land booking cost, to your choice of local community causes or to preserve eco-friendly tourism in the regions we sell and/or that you are visiting. Alternatively, you can ask the Explorers 3 to choose best cause to bestow your generosity.

Often travelers who return home from a trip having interacted with local people and experiencing life in another culture, look for ways to give back to those less fortunate than themselves. Through your donations, we are able to provide needed items to people, communities and organizations that you visit on your tours.
